Tree Dedication Cards

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

Our Tree Dedications are symbolic, and go to fund all of the trees that we plant and care for year-round in our various environmental efforts. From reforestation work to planning for fire prevention, your contribution is a holistic way to nurture our forests from the roots up. Many thousands of trees are now thriving throughout Southern California because of people like you who chose to acknowledge someone with a meaningful Tree Dedication gift!

Every meaningful contribution made through our Tree Dedication Program will play a vital role in supporting our ongoing reforestation efforts. There’s no better way to honor a loved one while creating lasting change!

Holiday Tree Dedication cards for Kwanzaa, Christmas and Hanukkah
Happy Holidays card. An illustration of the Earth exchanging presents with a kid.

Valentines Day cards. First card is an illustration of the redbud trimmeed to the shape of a heart. Second card is an illustration of candy hearts with nature puns.

This project gave me the perfect opportunity to dip my toes and explore different styles. While the cards are still under the TreePeople brand, I had the artistic freedom to use whatever art style I deem appropriate as long as TreePeople elements are present in each card. For instance, I used flowers to represent fireworks in the Happy New Year card and SoCal native tree leaves as confetti in the Congrats! card. Incorporating nature into the designs and making the connection between that and the different occasions are the most challenging parts of the process. That being said, it was a great way for me to exercise my creativity muscles and suffice to say, I'm very proud of how they turned out!
